General description

The LO1 / 1 lamp is a device used to generate light warning signals for road users. The lamp emits an intermittent, yellow car signal.

The optical system of the lamp ensures the production of light signals in two opposite directions.

The lamp has its own power source in the form of a gel battery, which can be charged from the electrical installation of vehicles with a voltage of 12V and 24V or from the power grid, using a dedicated charger. The electronic circuit of the lamp protects the battery against excessive discharging and charging.

The lamps can be used as a free-standing or mounted ones by means of a suitable handle for the road post (so-called "bollard") produced by GAMET. The lamp has a metal hanger at the top of the lampshade, allowing it to be attached to the handle.

The main applications of the lamp:

warning signs at the place of road works,

additional emergency light for vehicles occupying a road lane,

warning light at the place of the traffic incident

The lamp is switched on and off by means of a switch, located on the cover of the container with the battery. If the lamp does not light after switching on, charge the battery. The charging process is signaled by a slow blinking of the control lamp inside the lampshade. After charging, the indicator light is permanently on, indicating the end of charging.

Use accessories supplied by the manufacturer for charging. Using an unsuitable cable or power adapter may destroy the lamp.

Charging cables should be protected against damage, damaged should be replaced immediately.

The lamp should be protected against impacts that may mechanically damage the battery housing or lampshade. In the event of damage, the lamp should be taken out of service. All repairs should be ordered to the manufacturer's service. Incorrectly performed repairs may affect the deterioration of the lamp parameters required by the standard.
